For our apps, you will need to either link your game profile to "Google Play Games Services" and "Google Play Cloud" which will allow you to backup, restore and transfer your save data to other devices. On some of our apps Save data is linked to your Google play account automatically.

Sadly, sometimes the Google Play Store regards certain devices to be incompatible; this can be for one or multiple reasons including graphical limitations - based on an incompatible chipset, country restrictions or carrier restrictions.
Google suggests clearing Google Play Store's data from your phone as sometimes this can cause the app to become downloadable. To do this, go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Clear data.
You can also check your device for software updates in device settings, go to Settings > System > Advanced > System update. Or by searching for "System update" in settings.
If the above method does not work however, sadly there is no other workaround and the app cannot be downloaded.
If you are seeing an error when trying to download one of our apps from the Google Play Store, it is worth trying the possible solutions supplied by Google.

As our games are run as live services, we regularly make changes to values or content within the games, so in all likelihood if you've seen something changed then it's unlikely to be a bug. Changes are made for a variety of creative, technical or business reasons, and can sometimes be temporary.
At this time base on some strategic reasons, we have no plans to release on other platforms such as PC, Apple ISO or Windows phone.
